So…choices. There often exist many choices when it comes to home extension, loft conversion or home alterations. These choices relate the size or scale of the changes, the amount of space being added to your house, a single storey home extension or two-storey home extension, a loft conversion with a rear dormer (or without a dormer), style of the roof, gable roof, hipped roof etc etc.

Sometimes, by making small changes to the architectural design, large savings can be made at the construction phase. This is why options and choices are very important. Not only to establish how to get the most from your money, but also to ensure you have covered all the possible options available, and therefore are making a fully informed decision on the best way forward.
